How to find a job with VISHU.
How to get a job in Japan:
1. Registration on the VISHU website
Want to get a job in Japan?
Register on the site.
First of all, register on our website or send your resume to recruit@vishu.co.jp. Our consultant will contact you and schedule you for a personal consultation Registration for a personal consultation and interview is carried out only on the basis of the submitted resume.
2. Uploading a resume
Create a resume according to the requirements on the site. Complete the bilingual versions.
After creating a CV, upload it to your account or send it to our official mail recruit@vishu.co.jp
Note! After receiving the resume, a consultant will contact you and inform you about the receipt of the file.
3. Interview (SKYPE or ZOOM)
After reviewing your resume, we will schedule a preliminary interview for you, where you will tell us about yourself and ask all your questions.
*The interview takes place in our office or online via Skype or Zoom.

Notification of the results of the interview will be provided electronically within a week.
We enter you either in the internal database of applicants or in the database of candidates without knowledge of Japanese.
4. Search for a suitable vacancy
Taking into account your wishes and the requirements of the employer, we will find the best option for you.
If you have the desired job, our experienced consultants will assist you in promoting your candidacy and prepare you for the interview with the employer.
5. Preparation and correction of resumes.
Your personal consultant will assist in the preparation of a competent resume and provide instructions on how to successfully pass the interview.
After all, only we provide complete information about the employer and employment conditions, which cannot be found in available sources.
6. Interviews with the employer
The interview with the employer will take place in several stages.
Stage 1: submission of the resume for consideration by the employer.
Stage 2: familiarization with the conditions of employment.
Stage 3: appointment of an interview with the employer (usually 2 interviews are scheduled).
Stage 4: the result of the interview. If the interview is successful, we proceed to the visa check.
7. Preparation of a package of documents for a visa
Documents from the Applicant
After the employment is approved, the preparation of documents for a work visa will begin.
You have to prepare the following documents:
- Diploma of Higher Education
- Summary
- Various certificates confirming the classification
* also provide Japanese translations of the above documents.
- Copy of the passport
- Copy of visa, if available
- Also, if you are currently in Japan – residence card
- History of stay in Japan (study, tourism, work, all records of entry and exit from the country)

Collection of documents from the Employer
The company, in turn, will prepare the following documents:
- Information about the company’s activities (booklet)
- Document confirming the working conditions
- Copy of financial statements for the last financial year
- Company registration certificate
- 392 yen stamped envelope, addressed to
VISHU fills out a questionnaire depending on the visa status of the applicant:
– to receive COE (certificate of eligibility);
– to change the status of residence;
– to extend the visa.
*Upon request, VISHU submits documents to the Immigration.

After obtaining a visa, you can proceed to registration in the staff of the company. VISHU will, upon request, assist in joining the company or provide translations of employment documents and agreements.
