VISHU will assist in the preparation and guarantee high-quality and professional preparation of documents for a Japanese visa.

In Japan, there are several types of visas, or as they call “status of residence”.

Short-term: guest (visiting relatives and friends); business trip; tourist trip; transit up to 72 hours.

*According to these statuses of stay, you can stay for 90 days (with the exception of “transit up to 72 hours”) without employment.

Long-term: working; student; medical; spouse of a Japanese citizen.

*Long-term stay in Japan based on the “Certificate of Eligibility”

Most of the vacancies we provide are engineers, office workers, IT specialists, hotel workers, and belong to the type of visa: “Engineer, specialist in the humanities and international activity”. This visa allows you to work in Japan. The visa is issued for 1, 3, 5 years. One of the main requirements is the presence of higher education in the specialty.

*Please note that you can only work in the declared field of activity, that is, on an engineer visa, you cannot go to work as a cook.

Visa processing and package of documents will depend on the type of visa.

VISHU will prepare a package of documents for the Japanese Immigration Service. The package of documents will include all necessary copies of documents.

Checking at the immigration office takes from 1 to 3 months.

VISHU’s job is to prepare documents. The decision to issue a certificate is made by the immigration office.

*Please note that in case of incorrect filling or inaccurate information in the questionnaire or the provision of false documents, a visa will be refused. A re-application can be submitted only after 6 months from the official date of refusal.
